Job Description:Purpose of the Job :- Candidate will be CRM' s focal point for the all the sub channels of Direct Channel and is expected to drive revenue generation by cross selling Health and Life plans to existing retail and group customers via Direct Channel. Will be responsible for carrying a channel specific revenue generation target for businesses. Job Description : - Taking commitments from the field (i.e Territory Managers on a weekly basis and Sr. Managers on a fortnightly basis). Holding the field responsible for their commitments by measuring the commitment vs achievement. Addressing the concerns raised by the field to facilitate business. Meeting the channel heads on a monthly basis to apprise them about the performance of the channel, address concerns if any and take necessary course corrections to facilitate business. Preparing and flashing dashboards, leader board, success stories so create healthy competition in the field to aid business. Ensuring lead support to the field to facilitate business. Coordinating with back end teams to improve login to conversion efficiency. Plan and execute contests to give a boost to the business Acting a mediator between Lead generator and lead fulfillment teams Candidate Requirement :- Management Graduate with minimum 2 - 3 years experience in managing Key Account Management/Relationship Management. Excellent at Target orientation, Interpersonal Skills, Good at Data management. Worked in cross-functional teams. Experience in stakeholder management and revenue generation. Preferred Industry : Banking/ Finance / Insurance.
