Job Description:The Key Account Manager manages a portfolio of Industrial customers and new prospects within a defined sales geography. The role is accountable for delivering Volume, GM and Overdue targets as well as identifying and developing new prospect customers. Exploring new business opportunities & amp amp established new product segment in the market for different industrial applications. Analyzing marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine tuning sales & amp amp marketing strategies. Participating in technical discussion for prospective clients and negotiating with the clients for developing and retaining new business. Conduct technical training sessions at customers end to gain better confidence in customers eyes and to develop better relationship. Attend to clients concerns & amp amp complaints by undertaking steps for effectively resolving them. Managing industrial distributors implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of revenue and collection targets. Establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
